We thought of a quick and easy recipe for a "5 fruits and vegetables in one go", all you need to be full of healthy energy and keep good conscience.
1 avocado, 2 cucumbers, 2 zucchinis, 3 granny smith apples, 1 lemon and some ginger.
Recipe : Dump all ingredients in a juicer or blender. Once the mixer has calmed down, fill your glass and toast to all that great healthy energy.
