We usually like to say "make love not war."
But there, we became completely mad. Literally. We melted under the attacks of these tasty little bombs. Whether pistachio, blackberry or vanilla, these cakes are eaten in a flash, in an explosion of flavors ... The choux pastry? Awesome. The custard? Amazingly delicious.
Our favorite? Cherry with champagne ... The acidity of the fruit, the intoxicating spiciness, the sweetness of sugar. And for an even more explosive whim, the hot chocolate and its Nutella heart. Like lightning in a winter fog ...
